BIOGRAPHY
Grim Paradise is an alternative rock band based in Madrid, Spain, that has made a notable impact with their unique sound. Although they started in 2016 under a different name and lineup, the band as we know it today solidified in 2021 under the name Grim Paradise.
Their music blends captivating melodies with energetic rhythms, deeply inspired by the rich tradition of Mexico's Day of the Dead. This fusion allows them to offer a unique sonic and visual experience that deeply connects with their audience, creating an emotional bond through every performance.
The band is composed of four talented musicians: Verónica Almería (vocals), Noe Cooper (guitar), Andrés Pujazón (bass), and Tom Gómez (drums). Each member brings their own artistic perspective and skills, contributing to a distinctive sound that sets them apart in today’s music scene.
In 2019, Grim Paradise released their debut EP, "AfterLife", which was praised for its innovative approach and six atmospheric tracks. Since then, they have released singles like "With Me" and "You Push Me Away", further solidifying their presence in the music world. Most recently, the band has released their highly anticipated debut studio album, "Renacimiento", now available on all digital platforms.

Verónica Almería
Vero is our singer, cheerful and a bit distracted. She’s a Disney lover used to travel through the woods whistling to wild birds all around. Until one day she tripped down a ravine and thus reached the world of the dead. Now she’s known as the singer of the hereafter (beyond, after death…).
Noe Cooper
The guitar spoke to her at night and that drove her insane. One day she decided to put an end to this torture and cranked up the volume (turn one the amp) on a rainy day. Now, both of them live on the other side where it’s always dark and the guitar can speak freely.

andrés pujazón
From a young age, Andrés was captivated by deep, resonant sounds. His relentless quest for heavier bass frequencies led him to experiment with increasingly larger strings and, ultimately, high-voltage cables. This adventurous pursuit took him to the other side, where he now crafts powerful low-end grooves that pulse through the heart of Grim Paradise.
TOM GÓMEZ
Tom has always had a penchant for hitting things. As a child, he could often be found drumming on desks, cushions, and anything else within reach. One day, his curiosity led him out into the world, seeking new objects to strike. Unfortunately, he chose to test the resonance of a nightclub bouncer's bald head, which resulted in his own passage to the other side. Now, this quirky drummer channels his energy into crafting rhythmically explosive beats for the band.
